An iconic Australian media group, due to continued growth, are looking for motivated individuals who specialise in customer service and sales to join their well established, lively and fun sales team.
Based in the heart of Sydney's CBD this is the perfect opportunity for anyone who is looking to work for a well recognised company in the city.
You will be taking inbound calls dealing with all customer enquiries, advising them of new promotions and product, and cross selling. This is a high volume environment, you will be establishing good rapport with customers and ensure sales are based on accurate and relevant information, and with the credibility of calling from a highly reputable organisation.
You will work mon-fri between the hours of 8am-6pm.
You will have recent proven experience in outbound sales and have a passion for closing a sale. Most importantly you will have a great personality and fit in well with their successful team. Clear and concise communication skills are essential.
