Our client is seeking a professional and experienced Branch Manager to oversee all facets of a large successful retail banking branch based in a busy business district.

Leading from the front on a daily basis, the newly appointed branch manager will be responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of sales and service is maintained through promoting a lively and customer focussed retail environment.

In addition to Sales and Service, the new incumbent will be expected to proactively identify opportunities within their local community to build brand awareness through engagement, branding and other initiatives.

With full responsibility over the balance sheet at the branch, it is critical that the successful individual have a  proven track record of meeting sales and revenue targets within a complex retail banking environment.

In addition, he or she will possess a delegated authority and is expected to have a strong understanding of retail and business credit as well as bank products.
